90-Day Refund Policy
For any reason, undamaged products can be fully refunded within 90 days after the delivery date to the shipping address. Once the item is returned to The Right Buy's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
Refund & Reissue Policy
Refund Process:
1. Contact therightbuy2@gmail.com for a refund.
2. The Right Buy support will reply within one working day. After reaching an agreement, you will be given the required information (such as a refund address).
3. Return the goods.
4. After the goods are received, The Right Buy will arrange a refund within 3 working days.
Reissue process:
If you finds that the product is damaged or missing after receiving the package, please contact our customer service at therightbuy2@gmail.com and provide the following information:
1. Order number
2. 3 clear photos containing ① Outer package with SKU label ② Outer package with waybill information ③ Product quantity or damaged product photos.
3. Once confirmed, our support team will help to arrange the replacement for you.
Important: We cannot arrange the replacement if you fail to provide the above information.
Notes:
- Returns must include all accessories;
- Items must include original packaging;
- The buyer is responsible for shipping costs;
- For warranty claims not related to product quality, The Right Buy will refund the full cost of the product.
- If the product does not meet the requirements above, the return request may be rejected.
Refund requests for the 90-day return policy expire 90 days after the warranty claim is made. For non-quality related issues with expired warranties, returns will not be processed.
(ANY CUSTOM PRODUCTS CAN NOT BE RETURNED UNLESS THEY HAVE A DEFECT)
